About Travelers Aid Chicago

Travelers Aid Chicago provides travel information, crisis intervention, and Protective Travel Services (PTS) to vulnerable and at-risk travelers from an airside office at O’Hare International Airport. The Travelers Aid office is located inside security in Terminal 2 with 6 satellite locations in Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5.   Volunteers are needed to staff the Travelers Aid booths.
